FL Bearing, established in 1998, was engaged in miniature and medium size ball bearings. The past 8 years witnessed the rapid development of FL Bearing, which owes the success to the reliable quality product, service and exploiting of the local supply chain. Capacity was expanded by 10 times and several bearing categories were approached in the last 8 years. In 2003, FL Bearing formed a Sino-Germany joint venture with LFD Handelsgesellschaft mbH Germany, which greatly upgraded both the engineering and financial strength. The JV is indicating more potential to serve the customers better by area coverage and service penetration.

FL Bearing is offering custom solutions and bearing with the best performance price ratio. The bearings are widely applied in many industries such as chemicals, machineries, mines, transportation, textile, food processing, metallurgy, home appliance, environment protection, instruments, scooters, skaters, pulleys etc.

Currently, the market share of FL Bearing presents 80% of business in overseas market. FL Bearing is keeping on optimizing the service network in domestic and worldwide to offer on-site and real-time support to customers.

With a plant of 14000m², more than 400 employees, FL Bearings currently has a capacity of 5million pcs bearings per month. It is equipped with a full suit of heat-treatment furnaces, automatic grinding machines, automatic super finish machines, ultra-sonic cleaning machines, assembly instruments, and the instruments for hydro inspection, roundness test, groove curve measurements, BVT and S0910 noise test, which could ensure Just-in-Time capability and quality consistence.

 

FL Bearing has a combined engineering team from Germany engineers and domestic senior engineers. The team could offer customers full support from bearing selection, function test, solution optimization, solution generation to technical training. For the best function and efficiency at the working place, on-site installation and operation training are also available upon request.

FL Bearing is offering products with two brands - LTZ and CFL. In order to satisfy the special requirement from customer, FL bearing are expanding the production lines, which include ultra-wide series, ultra-thin series, miniature deep groove ball bearings, bearing units with kinds of flanges, bearings inserts, agriculture bearings, non-standard bearing, plastic bearings and other value-added service such as casters, pulleys and rollers.

To enhance service to customers, the 2^nd plant of 35000m² will be constructed by the bottom of 2006 for auto bearings and other projects.
